Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protection are crucial for the growth of an organisation and its people. As a leading organisation in Nigeria, we recognise the significance of HSE in achieving sustainable growth and are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, ad-hoc workers, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders, while also taking adequate measures to protect the environment and prevent pollution.

We understand that high standards of HSE are essential to achieve and sustain excellence in our businesses. Therefore, our senior management, in collaboration with all employees, is dedicated to continuously improving our HSE management system by adopting preventive measures, promoting awareness, and striving to achieve a zero-accident rate, among other measures.

To achieve our goals, we have incorporated HSE considerations into our business decisions and operations, provided information and training to employees and stakeholders, maintained proper equipment, and created effective planning and monitoring systems. We also strive to reduce our environmental impact by optimising waste generation, preserving natural resources, and encouraging conservation and recycling.

All our employees have a responsibility to comply with this policy and support its implementation by adhering to safety rules, using the safety equipment issued to them, familiarising themselves with the safety rules/procedures of the organisation, and enforcing appropriate corrective measures if violations are reported at job sites.

Communication, consultation, participation, and collaboration among all employees and stakeholders will uphold the principles of this policy. We will implement this HSE Policy in accordance with applicable statutory requirements, safety and health regulations, and standards/codes of practice of our customers. We review this policy every two years and display it prominently on our office premises. Access to the detailed HSE manual will also be available for reference by any employee.
